Starting points

Three ways people actually lay out a week. Pick the closest one — everything is renameable, and nothing here is locked.

The publishing week

You make one thing and it goes out in several places.

  • Channels: YouTube · Instagram · Newsletter
  • Projects: Your main show · A second series · The business itself
  • What gets batched: Episode, its reel and its newsletter are one batch. Schedule the episode and the other two land in the same day.

The course launch

You are building something to sell, with marketing running beside it.

  • Channels: Course · Email · Community
  • Projects: The course build · The launch campaign
  • What gets batched: A module recording, the email that announces it and the community post are one batch — so the launch cannot get ahead of the build.

Several clients at once

Each client is its own moving thing and they compete for the same week.

  • Channels: Clients · Proposals · Delivery
  • Projects: One project per client
  • What gets batched: A kickoff, its proposal and the first delivery milestone move together, so slipping one visibly slips the rest.

Already have this somewhere else

If your plan lives in Notion, Todoist or a spreadsheet, skip the templates and import it. Export a CSV, open Import in the planner, and you see exactly what will be created before anything is written. It is usually faster than starting from a layout and adapting it.

Why there are only three

Because these are the three the product actually seeds. A gallery of twenty layouts that all produce the same empty grid is a marketing page pretending to be a feature — every template here sets up real projects and channels when you pick it.
