What today already holds
Anything scheduled for today sits at the top before you scroll. A one-off task hides from the grid while it is scheduled, so it appears in exactly one place.
A project column
One venture you are building. Add a project and the grid gains a column — not another tool to check.
A channel row
Where work ships. You start with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Website, and add your own for anything else you publish to.
A task in its cell
The cell where a project meets a channel holds that work and nothing else. The estimate sits on the right, so a full day is visible before you commit to it.

What Polylane does not do
Knowing the gaps before you commit is cheaper for both of us than finding them in week two.
- No native app. Polylane runs in the browser and installs to your home screen; iOS and Android are in progress.
- No live integrations beyond the Google Calendar push and .ics export. Import is CSV — there is no direct Notion or Todoist connection.
- Google Calendar is push only. Two-way sync is not shipped, so treat Polylane as the source of truth.
- No AI features. Nothing writes or schedules your work for you.
