The service

Polylane is a planning tool for individuals and small teams. Features and pricing are described on our website and may change with notice on this page or by email for paid subscribers.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use at kreativish.ai@gmail.com.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings.
• Free trials convert to paid only if you subscribe; whether a card is required to start a trial is stated at checkout.
• Prices shown in Indian rupees are inclusive of 18% GST. Prices shown in other currencies exclude any local taxes, which are added at checkout where applicable.
• We refund under our refund policy — a 14-day money-back guarantee, plus pro-rata refunds on annual plans.
• You can cancel at any time under our cancellation policy.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or use Polylane for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India unless otherwise required by mandatory local law. Disputes should first be raised with support.
