Cancellation policy

Open your account and open Plan & billing. For a recurring Razorpay plan, choose Cancel subscription and confirm. This stops renewal at the end of the paid period. If your subscription uses a hosted billing portal, choose Manage billing to cancel there.

A one-time annual purchase has no automatic renewal or subscription to cancel. Its access ends on the paid-through date shown in Billing.

If you cannot reach that page for any reason, email kreativish.ai@gmail.com from your account address so we can help cancel it.

For a recurring Razorpay subscription paid by card, choose Update card in Billing. Razorpay opens a secure card update for the existing subscription, preserving its seats and billing cycle. For UPI or bank mandates, email kreativish.ai@gmail.com from your account address for help changing the payment method.

One-time purchases have no recurring payment method to update. If your subscription uses a hosted billing portal, its Manage billing option includes payment-method changes.

You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, as shown by the paid-through date in Billing.

After that your account moves to Free. Your data is not deleted. Projects beyond the Free limit become read-only rather than disappearing, so nothing you wrote is lost — resubscribe and they unlock again.

You will not be charged again after cancelling, and we do not send "win-back" charges of any kind.

Cancelling and refunding are separate. If you want money back as well, our refund policy covers a 14-day money-back guarantee and pro-rata refunds on annual plans.

Cancelling ends billing but keeps your data. To remove everything, use Delete account in your account. Deletion stops your recorded recurring subscription and ends paid access, then removes your personal planner and any workspace you own. Shared work stays with the team when a member deletes their account, with that member's creator reference removed. An owner's shared workspace is removed for everyone, and surviving teammates receive personal planners. This cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep first; deletion does not itself request a refund.

We may end an account that breaches the terms of service. Where we do, we tell you why and refund any unused prepaid time unless the breach was fraud or abuse.

If we ever discontinue Polylane, we will give at least 60 days notice, stop taking payments immediately, refund unused prepaid time, and keep exports working throughout.
