Cancellation policy

Open your account and choose Manage billing. Cancelling there takes effect immediately — there is no retention flow and nothing to negotiate.

If you cannot reach that page for any reason, email support@smatsols.com from your account address and we will cancel it for you the same business day.

If you pay in rupees through Razorpay, there is no self-serve way to change the card on an existing subscription — Razorpay does not offer one. Email support@smatsols.com from your account address and we will send a fresh authorisation link, usually the same business day. Your access is not interrupted while that is arranged.

If you pay in dollars through Stripe, Manage billing on your account page lets you change the card yourself.

You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. A monthly plan cancelled on day 3 still runs to day 30.

After that your account moves to Free. Your data is not deleted. Projects beyond the Free limit become read-only rather than disappearing, so nothing you wrote is lost — resubscribe and they unlock again.

You will not be charged again after cancelling, and we do not send "win-back" charges of any kind.

Cancelling and refunding are separate. If you want money back as well, our refund policy covers a 14-day money-back guarantee and pro-rata refunds on annual plans.

Cancelling ends billing but keeps your data. To remove everything, use Delete account in your account. That erases your projects, tasks, calendar, and subscription records and cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep first.

We may end an account that breaches the terms of service. Where we do, we tell you why and refund any unused prepaid time unless the breach was fraud or abuse.

If we ever discontinue Polylane, we will give at least 60 days notice, stop taking payments immediately, refund unused prepaid time, and keep exports working throughout.
